    Your little doll quilt is gorgeous, you must be pleased with it, and whoever was lucky enough to get it.
    It sounds like you've had a productive time outside cleaning and ditching stuff, you'll get back to the sewing later.Just pitch in and put the jumper together, you can always unpull a seam if it doesn't go together properly.Just don't pull the stitching too tight. And if you don't like mattress stitch I sewed mine together with backstitch for years and no-one arrested me for it.
