Technical Help - Fixed Thanks

A couple of bloggers have told me that I am "no reply" in comments. I have looked everywhere, even in help, for a way to turn this on, but I can't. Can anybody help please?

    1. Go to the Blogger Dashboard.
    2. Find the link to Edit Profile and click it.
    3. In the Privacy section make sure that the "Show my email address" option is checked.
    4. Be sure to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and save the changes.

    ... I have found in the past, that all my settings were correct, but the 'issue' of "no reply" fixed itself in a few days. Mystery?
